Fatherhood Initiative
Fathers play an irreplaceable role in the lives of children. Yet, far too many Arizona children are growing up without the benefit of a father in the home or involvement with their fathers. The goal of the Fatherhood Initiative is to improve child well-being by educating and encouraging men to be good and responsible fathers.

Healthy Marriage Initiative
The decision to marry is a very personal one, but one of the most important decisions that individuals will ever make. There is ample research to suggest that children fare better overall when raised in healthy, two-parent, low-conflict, married households.  Our goal is to equip individuals, who choose marriage for themselves, with the knowledge and skills to form and sustain healthy marriages.

Parenting Resource Center

It is the goal of APA to gather and disseminate vital parenting information to Arizona parents through a clearinghouse. 
   

Healthy Relationship Skills For Singles
Our goal is to equip singles with the necessary skills that can lead to healthy, lifelong relationships. 

Healthy Relationship Skills For Teens
Teens today live and breathe in a culture that touts casual sex and casual connections, where no relationship can be trusted to last. Our goal is to help young people acquire practical skills  for emotionally healthy relationships, which includes delaying sexual activity until marriage. 

Responsible Media
Few other avenues of communication have the influence on children as the media.We believe that we cannot continue to turn a blind eye to the lyrics and to the images that are portrayed to us by the media.It is the goal of APA to help mobilize parents to advocate for responsible images in media and entertainment. 

Renewal of Community & Faith-Based Initiatives
APA supports the renewal of community and faith-based initiatives. Many of our nations worst social problems will never be solved until the hearts of parents are turned back to their children, respect is restored for human life and a commitment to care about our neighbor is renewed.

Through our monthly electronic newsletter, APAeNEWs, we provide you with the latest news and up-to-date information on valley wide parenting, fatherhood, healthy marriage and healthy relationship courses, classes, programs and workshops.
